Anne Bachrach's Support Team Accountability Coaching Program

by Mark Little — last modified Sep 03, 2010 05:00 PM

Registration Anne Bachrach's Support Team Accountability Coaching Program closes today, so here are seven propositions for a fuller future:

Over the next 90 days what's your plan to...
 * Ensure everyone on your team knows their priorities and stays-focused upon them?
 * Get daily updates of what everyone on your team has accomplished each day (in a format that asks nothing from you in return)?
 * Make certain that if anything you require from a Deliverables Team Member will NOT be completed by your assigned target date, that you will be alerted well-in advance, while there's still time to adjust or make other arrangements.
 * Assure that the most important processes in your office are documented each and every week with all of your most important processes documented before year-end.
 * Guarantee that you can safely delegate the preparation of everything required in your client progress meetings well in-advance of the client meeting, with a structured time on your calendar to review everything so you're fully-prepared.
 * Have a detailed plan for how to deliver comprehensive financial services to your Ideal Clients before your Deliverables Team is fully in-place, so that you, with integrity, can ramp-up your compensation now.
 * Create the greatest probability that all the essential elements of The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™ are fully in-place before year-end and that you have delegated as much as you can at that moment in time (just 90 days from now).

If you have a solid 90-day plan for all of these things, then that's fantastic.  Now for the more relevant question which goes to the heart of whether your team is a good fit for this program right now or not... have you delegated all of these seven items over the next 90 days so that you, as Trusted Advisor can spend your limited time on your higher priorities.

Every minute that you can recover from other priorities is a minute you can invest increasing the value of your firm and what it provides.  In support of that goal, your time is spent on the phone or face-to-face seriving your existing Ideal Clients AND continually increasing the time you spend on the phone or face-to-face with Potential Ideal Clients or people who can lead you to Potential Ideal Clients.  That's it!  It's not that supporting, training and holding your office support people accountable isn't a priority. It most certainly is!  It just that, unlike your other two time-demands I mentioned, ensuring your support team knows its priorities, stays-focused and on-track is delegatable... the other two are not.

While Anne Bachrach has been working with Administrative Managers to Trusted Advisors over the past several months in order to identify what is most-needed for this 90-day program, the reality is that this premier program will be utilized to further dial-in the content.  So, Anne will be spending more time with these support people over the next 90 days than will be necessary in the future.  In short, this first session is an opportunity for your team to work closer with a highly experienced, highly skilled coach.

The the only thing we know for certain about the next 90-day round of this program is that it will be a greater monthly investment on your part and will not offer as much access to Anne Bachrach.  So my advice to you is, if you have the slightest thought that this program might be a good fit for your support team right now, submit a "contact request form" which, assuming there is still space available, will reserve a spot for your Administrative Manager (or other support people you have in mind) until Anne can connect with you.  When she connects with you,the objective will be to determine whether right now is a good time for this progam or not.  Thus far, in her communications with advisors and their teams, some are & some aren't. It just depends upon the situation in your business, the situation in your lives right now, and, of course, how coachable your Administrative Manager is.

If this program might be a good fit, you've got 7 hours to let us know.

All the best in implementing,

Mark

Mark McKenna Little Speaker, Author & Trusted Advisor. In 1999 I was ready to leave the financial services industry; not because I wasn’t financially successful (I had built a multi-six figure business), but because I was overwhelmed. I had waaay too many clients & worked 84 hours per week. Rather than quit my business, I decided to try one last thing: I became passionate about relentlessly creating and implementing organized documented systems and processes into my practice. I was able to reduce my workweek to 3 days a week while quadrupling my income to well over $1 million per year of predictable recurring revenue.
