I'm in other programs, is that a problem?

Does this system compliment or conflict with The Strategic Coach, Peter Montoya, Dan Kennedy & Bill Glazer, Bill Good Gorilla CRM system, Steve Anderson's marketing system, Ron Carson's program et al.

Mark's Response

We teach more "Tactics" (exactly what to do & when)

My visceral reaction is that we're far different. We train and support a specific outcome that is highly focused on delivering fully comprehensive financial services through a team of experts.  Most of the programs listed are different (strategic planning,  CRM or client management systems and most focus on sales and marketing).

The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ (TATK) turn-key practice management operating system gives you the strategy and is HEAVY on delivering a full set of organized tactics.

Many of the other programs teach you a framework to create stategies that will work for your business and then you have to go figure it out yourself using many of the "cool tools" offered through the various programs.  Our practice management operating system give you the strategy for delivering a specific set of services to your clients (comprehensive financial services), trains everyone on your team what their role is (so everyone knows exactly what to do and when), and then gives you every tactic and tool each member of the team needs in the exact sequence they need it.  So, the toolkit is VERY tactical (step-by-step system to fully deliver comprehensive financial services to your clients through a team of experts).

Our Promise

I'm not aware of a single other program (other than Bill Bachrach's) which promises a specific outcome to financial advisors on a timetable.  Here's what we promise:  If you do everything we recommend for you to do, in less than 16 months you will be delivering fully comprehensive financial services to your ideal clients, as their Trusted Advisor, through a Deliverables Team of Best-in-Class Subject Matter Experts of between 7 - 10 (mostly outsourced) professionals so that you are indispensible to your clients and worthy of even higher levels of compensation.

Our focus is creating a system for a Trusted Advisor  to:

  • Build, lead and coordinate a Deliverables Team (DT)
  • Establish a clear system for the team to communicate
  • Give the each member of the team a place to go for orientation, training, instruction, templates, reports and forums to encourage resourcefulness
  • Enforce this system with clear accountabilities for every member of the team

Mark McKenna Little Speaker, Author & Trusted Advisor. In 1999 I was ready to leave the financial services industry; not because I wasn’t financially successful (I had built a multi-six figure business), but because I was overwhelmed. I had waaay too many clients & worked 84 hours per week. Rather than quit my business, I decided to try one last thing: I became passionate about relentlessly creating and implementing organized documented systems and processes into my practice. I was able to reduce my workweek to 3 days a week while quadrupling my income to well over $1 million per year of predictable recurring revenue.
